This remarkable one-day festival has become a hallmark of the robust and colorful East Atlanta neighborhood. Started as a bunch of jazz musicians cooking out in the backyard, It has since ballooned into a cultural phenomenon in the city. The Imperial OPA circus has been thrilled to be a part of this event for last two years and we are excited to announce that for the third year in a row we will be back on stage entertaining the crowds throughout the day and walking in what is one of the finest parades in the city!
